Anxovades olives
These olives are one of Spain's best-kept (and tasty) secrets. Based on the Manzanilla variety, this flavor called "Anxovades," is marinated in anchovy juice, which imparts a delicate salty flavour. These firm, pitted olives are ideal as a snack and they can also add a tasty twist to a salad.
Manzanilla olives are also known as "Spanish olives." This is the main variety, grown primarily in the province of Seville. They are considered one of the best gourmet olives worldwide thanks to their large size and firm flesh.
Vacuum packed in 200 gram packets, easy to store and perfect for a snack bowl with drinks.
Our suggestion:
Let the olives warm up before serving. Their slightly salty flavor makes them easy to pair with other savory snacks, but they also look great alongside an oyster platter or a plate of anchovy fillets.
Refrigerated and vacuum-packed, the olives will keep for weeks, but once opened, we recommend consuming them the same day for the best taste experience. Experience tells us that this won't take much effort; the trick is rather to stop.
