Pica-Pica General Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions and Applicability
1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements through the Pica-Pica online store.
1.2 By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
1.3 Changes take effect upon publication of such on the website.

3. Product Information
3.1 Pica-Pica supplies Spanish delicacies (including ham, olives, and preserves). Product descriptions and images on the website are for informational purposes only; slight variations in appearance or packaging are possible.
3.2 Allergens and storage instructions are listed with each product. It is the customer's responsibility to read this information before purchasing.
4. Prices and Payment
4.1 All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are stated separately at checkout.
4.2 Payment can be made using the payment methods offered on the website. Orders will only be processed after full payment has been received.
5. Delivery and Delivery Time
5.1 Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer. Pica-Pica only delivers to addresses located in The Netherlands.
5.2 Pica-Pica has a maximum target delivery time of 14 days. If the delivery time is exceeded, Pica-Pica will be given a reasonable additional period to deliver, and the customer will be informed accordingly.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy
6.1 Since Pica-Pica sells perishable delicacies, returns or exchanges are not possible.
6.2 In accordance with European and Dutch regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life (e.g., deli meats). For long-life, unopened items (if indicated as returnable), the normal return policy applies—these will be explicitly stated with the product.
7. Complaints and Defects
7.1 Complaints or reports about products or delivery must be submitted in writing via the contact form on the website. Always include your name, order number, and a clear description of the complaint.
7.2 Pica-Pica will receive the complaint and respond within 5 business days with a proposal for handling the complaint.
8. Liability and Warranty
8.1 Pica-Pica delivers products that meet the reasonable expectations that consumers may have. Liability for indirect damage is limited to the extent permitted by law.
8.2 Statutory rights (conformity/warranty) remain valid; conditions that limit these rights are not binding on the consumer.

10. Applicable law and disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will preferably be resolved through consultation or the designated dispute resolution bodies (e.g., ConsuWijzer/ADR). As a customer, you retain the right to submit the matter to the competent court.
