Pica pica comes from the verb picar , which is Spanish for eating small meals or snacks (together). Pica pica is the collective name for all these delicious dishes and products. And we happen to be huge fans of a shared plate of jamón or chorizo, preferably with a few olives and a cold beer on the side. Years in Spain have taught us where to find all these delicious treats.
