Jamón y Chorizo - 3 pack

Jamón and Chorizo are cousins, with different personalities. Both come from the famous Iberian pigs, both air-dried, both delicious with an aperitif or on pan con tomate, but that's where the similarities end. While our jamón keeps its flavor as pure as possible, chorizo gets its characteristic color and flavor from the addition of pimentón. Fortunately, we don't have to choose and can enjoy both, preferably together.

With this combo pack you get the best of both worlds at a great price:

• 2 x 100 grams Jamón Ibérico de Bellota
• 1 x 100 grams Chorizo Ibérico de Bellota

Our suggestion:

Remove from the refrigerator and vacuum-sealed packaging at least 30 minutes before serving, so the slices are easy to separate. Everything is already sliced, ready for the appetizer platter, either alone or with some olives and Manchego cheese.

Both products can be kept refrigerated and vacuum-packed for weeks, but once opened, we recommend consuming them within one week. But that's assuming there's anything left after the drinks. Right?
