Mesa Completa - a bit of everything

With our mesa completa, or complete table, you don't have to choose; you'll receive three different Iberian delicacies and the famous Anxovades olives:

• 100 grams of Jamón Ibérico Bellota
• 100 grams Chorizo Ibérico Bellota
• 100 grams of Llonganiza Iberica
• 200 grams of Anxovades olives

All products are of the highest quality, carefully selected and combined by us to introduce you to these classics of Spanish aperitif culture.

Our suggestion:

Remove the cured meats from the refrigerator and their (vacuum) packaging at least 30 minutes before serving, so that the slices can be easily separated. The olives can be opened at the last minute, but ideally, they should already be at room temperature for optimal flavor.

Everything has a long shelf life when refrigerated and vacuum-packed, but once opened, we recommend consuming the cured meats within one week. We recommend eating the olives, as they don't keep as well without moisture and lose their flavor and texture more quickly.
